Availability

All orders are subject to availability.

Payment

Payment via the website is taken via credit or debit card. You may also pay via a Paypal.  You do not need a Paypal account for this. If you would prefer to pay via other means please select the method of your choice at checkout.  You may also place your order via telephone. Please feel free to contact us for further payment advice.

From time to time we offer limited discounts and discount codes. Discount codes my only be used on full price products.  Only one discount may be used per online order. 

We offer discounts for multiple purchases so feel free to email us with your requirements for a quote: info@slingjax.co.uk  

Delivery

UK SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS IS FREE! There is a charge for shipping to other destinations. Europe =£6.99, USA =£12.99, Rest of world = £15.99 (Shipping is combined for multiple items). 

We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We use Royal Mail delivery services and aim to ship all in stock items within 2 working days of receipt of order and payment.

Environment

At Sling Jax™ Baby Slings we are committed to doing our bit to protect the environment. To this end, where ever possible, we use recycled packaging material. This also helps to keep our prices low :)

Cancellation/Returns

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before the expiry of 7 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the order, providing it is returned unused, still in its original packaging and suitable for resale. (You may remove from packaging in order to try the item on but please do not remove tags).  You will receive a refund of the purchase price less shipping. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Ex demo sales are final as the goods are used and we therefore cannot accept returns.

Should your carrier/other item have a fault, you may return it for a full refund including shipping costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Special orders/custom orders or pre-orders are not normally eligible for return unless faulty.  PLEASE CONTACT US FOR THE RETURN ADDRESS.

At Sling Jax™ Baby Slings we comply with UK Data Protection Law. We use the information collected from you to process orders and nothing else (unless you have given permission for us to send you a newsletter). Your information will never be given or sold to any third party.

Baby Sling Hire Terms

The hire period is for two weeks.

Safety first

Stay aware while babywearing. It is your responsibility to keep your baby safe. Any baby sling is only as strong as the knots you tie. Check your knots often, and check to be sure that your baby is seated correctly in the carrier while you wear him. Mei tai carriers are very secure, but babies can and do wiggle, kick, and squirm -- always be ready to secure your child with your arms if necessary. Inspect all seams before putting your baby into any carrier, and DO NOT USE if there is any question about its safety.

Costs

Sling Hire costs £12.99 + DEPOSIT for a two week loan.

You will also be charged a deposit to cover damage or loss while you have the baby sling. Your deposit will be refunded once the sling has been returned to us in a satisfactory condition (i.e clean, undamaged and with any instructions received with it).

Shipping

We aim to ship all goods within 2 working days of order placement/ receipt of payment.

The cost of returning the sling to us is not included in the hire charge.

Payment

NOTE: HIRE SLINGS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SALE OR PROMOTION.   

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal.

Your order will be dispatched as soon as cleared payment is received.

We will send you the baby sling of your choice.  You are responsible for returning the the baby sling to us.  You must return the sling to the address shown on the Sling Hire document which will accompany the sling.

Please keep all paperwork for the returned item until your deposit is returned to you.
